Linda Michaels is the dynamic force behind AZ HR Hub, igniting innovation and empowerment in the realm of human resources since 2017. With over three decades of seasoned expertise under her belt, Linda is not just a certified Human Resources professional; she's a visionary strategic partner, dedicated to propelling businesses to unprecedented heights.
Fueled by her passion for collaboration and her unwavering commitment to excellence, Linda thrives on sprinting alongside business owners, liberating them from the tangled undergrowth of HR complexities so they can soar towards their loftiest ambitions. Marret Barlow, HR Consultant
Marret’s a big picture visionary who excels at planning for long term goals. She brings 15 years of HR experience in industries including social services, manufacturing, accounting, and restaurant services. Having worked as a generalist and a business partner, Marret has the ability to apply a business focused yet human centric mindset to goals and objectives. Customizing approaches to performance management, workforce development, and employee relations is part of her passion. She excels at finding new and innovative ideas in personnel management. Marret is PHR and SHRM-CP certified. She has an MBA from Arizona State University with a focus on supply chain and international business and a BS in business management.

Brianna McReynolds, HR Consultant
Brianna’s 4+ years of experience in the medical and manufacturing industries widens the scope of our HR team knowledge. Her experience is a deep dive into employee relations, leave laws, onboarding, coaching, and recruiting. Brianna enjoys the big picture of HR and has a passion for employee relations. Brianna earned her master’s degree in Human Resources from Colorado State University and her bachelor’s degree in healthcare coordination from Arizona State University and is SHRM-CP certified.

Monique Hite, Payroll/Benefits Consultant
Monique brings 22 years of amazing payroll experience on many different platforms. During that time, she has acquired skills to master complex processing procedures and create efficient systems. Motivated by accuracy and high-quality outcomes, she doesn’t shy away from tackling any payroll issue. Monique is an Arizona native and enjoys cheering on her children while playing their favorite sport. She spends her free time trying to make the perfect pie crust for baking competitions (Yum!).

Terri Whisenhunt, Recruiting Consultant
Terri, a Summa Cum Laude graduate with a bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University, brings over a decade of HR experience specializing in recruiting across diverse industries including business, engineering, manufacturing, IT, finance, and data research. Terri is passionate about cultivating strong client relationships and connecting top-tier candidates with their ideal organizations. With a dedication to seamless communication and delivering exceptional first impressions, Terri is well-equipped to fulfill any recruitment needs with her proven track record of success. In her free time, Terri pursues her other passion in theater as an actor, playwriter, instructor, and director.

Gary Nigh, Sr. HR Consultant
Gary is a seasoned senior level HR professional with over two decades of experience in strategic human resource management, employee relations, and legal compliance. He has successfully developed and implemented organizational strategies, managed complex employee inquiries, and led HR operations across diverse industries, including global technology companies, professional sports team, and large national retail organizations. Gary holds a bachelor's degree in communications from San Francisco State University and several HR certifications, including Professional in Human Resources - California® (PHRca®) and HR Management and Analytics from Wharton Executive Education. With a customer-focused approach, Gary is dedicated to driving organizational success and building a positive company culture through effective HR practices and strategic partnerships. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his two large dogs, Solo and Sadie, hiking, camping, and paddling on lakes and rivers.

Peggy Lam, HR Consultant
Peggy has her bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. She is an enthusiastic, creative, and innovative HR Professional with effective human resources skills and goal setting abilities combined with great customer service skills, team building, interpersonal, and communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to excel in a positive work environment and adapt readily to new challenges. Results oriented and dedicated with a solid track of quantifiable achievements in developing positive employee relationships. Team player who streamlines processes and projects. She enjoys help our clients get out of the weeds.

Amanda Jackson, HR Assistant Consultant
Stemming back to her adolescent dream of becoming a Fish and Game Warden she pursued an education in the Criminal Justice field to implement standards and regulations when needed. Amanda’s experience expands over a decade in a plethora of different industries including Consumer Packaged Goods, Food & Agriculture and Water Treatment. Though the industries are diverse she knows how critical the HR role is for each one due to her deep-rooted values of following structured processes and guidelines. When Amanda is not occupied following rules and regulations she enjoys concerts, stand-up comedy and taking cute pictures of her dog.

With over 12 years of experience in Human Resources, Marisel Garrobo brings a wealth of knowledge in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. An Arizona native, she has built her career on fostering positive workplace cultures and supporting teams with integrity and care. Marisel is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and has a passion for classic cars, often attending local shows and events.
